What we collect

Nothing personal. ZingoCards does not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, or email addresses to issue a card. Cards are bound to a wallet session, not to a person.

Technical data

We process minimal technical data needed to operate the service: deposit transaction hashes, card session identifiers, and settlement records required by our card-issuing partner. We do not store IP addresses or browser fingerprints in association with cards.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed into your dashboard. No analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.

Third parties

Card transactions are processed by a regulated card issuer. Merchants you pay see only the virtual card details, not your wallet or identity.

Your rights

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to export or delete on request. Burning a card removes all associated session data permanently.
